Sacramental Requirements
Baptism
All those who wish to get their child baptized at OLP will need to attend the Baptism Preparation Class. Please call the church office to schedule a time to attend and to schedule a date for baptism.
Reconciliation
First Reconciliation occurs in the second grade of both Religious Ed. and the Catholic School. If you are beyond the second grade and need to make First Reconciliation, please contact the Faith Formation Office to make arrangements. 838-9983
Eucharist
First Eucharist occurs in the third grade of both Religious Ed. and the Catholic School. If you are beyond the age of third grade and need to make First Eucharist, please contact the Faith Formation Office to make arrangements. 838-9983
Confirmation
This is a two year program. You must attend the 10th grade Religious Education class if you are not a Catholic School Student. If you attend one of the Catholic Schools, you will just attend the confirmation class in grade eleven.
Anointing of the Sick
There is a healing mass the first Wednesday of the month at 7p.m. If you need anointed at a different time, please contact the church office. 833-7701
Marriage
To set a date and make plans for your wedding, please call the church office. You must attend a Pre-Cana or an Engagement Encounter prior to your wedding. Please check the Diocesan website for those dates www.eriercd.org.
