Our God Reigns Prayer Group
Our God Reigns Prayer Group was formed in April of 1989 at Our Lady of Peace Parish. It is a Catholic charismatic prayer group to which all God’s people are welcome. As a Catholic group we use teachings and/or sharing which are Christian bible-based with reference to Catholic traditions. As a charismatic group, we expect the charismatic gifts of the Holy Spirit (1 Cor. Chap. 12) will be manifest.
The Prayer Group has three main purposes:
- To praise and worship the Lord
- To encourage the members to strengthen and grow in their faith and relationship to God
- To minister spiritually, physically, and emotionally to others as God directs us
The Prayer Group meets each Wednesday from 7:30PM to 9:00PM with the first Wednesday each month scheduled as a Charismatic Mass including prayers for healing.
